Professional Development

Images show visual facilitation of a retreat for professional musicians who work in challenging settings. The pilot 5-day 'MOT' is an initiative of Snape Maltings Creative Campus, part of a 10-year programme promoting health and wellbeing through music and for musicians. Sessions explored everyday metaphors through drawing, mapping, pop-up conversations, paper theatre, discussions, creative writing, walking, music, movement and drama work, with Stephen Langridge and Fiona Macbeth.

Feedback from participants:

"A great team who worked really well together… a masterclass in collaborative leadership.”

”hugely inspiring”

“It was an incredible few days by all accounts and has surpassed my expectations.  Thank you for being so adaptable, and for giving our brave group of participants such an enormous offer.”

- Phillipa Reive, Director, Creative Campus, Snape Maltings, February 2018
