Exhibitions

The 'Tunnel Under the Venn Diagram' featured in an international exhibition of surrealist art curated by poet David Greenslade at Cardiff Metropolitan University's B Block Gallery, Cyncoed Campus from Feb-April 2018. 'Gogoneddus Ych-a-Fi / Glorious Disgust' included work by 30 artists including Hervé Constant, Desmond Morris, Sarah Rhys, Dagmar Štěpánková and John Welson. Parry and Glynn's model of the tunnel was first installed at Newport Cathedral in 2017 as part of 'In Their Footsteps', a celebration of the Chartists' legacy.  The under-drawing led to the discovery of a large network of conversational pathways and the founding of The University of Wednesdays.

The Tunnel has since appeared in ‘Remix the Cinema’ with Italian Action 30 artists Luca Acito and Alberto Casati at Penarth Pier Pavilion on 20 May as part of a Parry & Glynn ‘avanspettacolo’, by invitation of the Italian Film Festival Cardiff team.

A pamphlet about the University of Wednesdays idea is available.
